Breckinridge Elementary Renovation Project
Size: 22,300 sf renovation / 50,330 sf addition
Client: Fayette County Public Schools
Location: Lexington, Ky
Type: Addition & Renovation

EOP Architects is working with Fayette County Public Schools on an addition and renovation of Breckinridge Elementary School. The 50,330 sf addition will include new classrooms, media center, administration area, preschool classrooms, cafeteria, and kitchen. The 22,300 sf renovation will include mechanical and electrical upgrades, as well as accessibility and site improvements. Breckinridge Elementary was originally constructed in 1962, with building additions in 1969, 1987, and 1990.
